Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return carrier and choose whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and attach the generated return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
